What should I bring to my appointment?
We ask that you bring all correspondence that may be of relevance to your injury. This includes reports from medical practitioners (GP, Specialists) as well as correspondence from allied health practitioners.
Please provide us with the details of any imaging you may have had including X rays, Ultrasound, CT and MRI scans.
Do I need a referral?
In most cases, you will need a referral to see one of our specialists. You will need this before your appointment, and preferably before you book in to see us. You can get a referral from your GP or medical specialist.
Can I use my Private Health insurance?
Unfortunately, our services do not attract a rebate from your private health insurance provider. You will receive a Medicare rebate for your consultation. The rebate you receive will vary depending on the complexity of your injury, the number of injuries and any additional services including injections, that you may require during your treatment.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to complete any outstanding paperwork before your appointment.
