Cancellation Policy

Our clinic understands that sometimes schedules change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient needing care. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may change your future booking privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care for our patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately to avoid any charges.
